Wednesday Wrap Up Vol. 8: Blog Awards Edition

This week’s Wednesday Wrap Up is going to be a little different. Don’t worry, we’ll go back to our regular routine next week. For now, I only want to talk about the 2nd Annual Best of Blog Awards at My So Called Chaos.

Your truly is incredibly proud to be nominated in FOUR different categories. Seriously, I am humbled and very thankful to those who chose to nominate me among hundreds and thousands of other blogs out there. You can find me listed for the following categories:

• Best New Blog (For new blogs started within the last year)
• Most Beautiful Blog (Best overall design)
• The Best Bloggy Buddy (The best blog buddy for commenting, visiting, etc)
• Best Blogging-Related Post (Which you can check out here)

I’m also excited to see some shops up there that I personally nominated including Liana’s Geeky Watercolor Art, Beckadoodles, and Cheaha Soaps. You definitely need to check those out, regardless of whether or not you vote for them – but I hope that you will!

Some other posts I really enjoyed were Lix’s Photography Guide for ISO, where Beth explains the difference between BB, CC and DD creams & Chantilly’s beautiful post about what it really means to be sexy.
 

How this works…

Voting
Voting will last exactly 1 week, starting at 7AM MST on Tuesday, March 3rd and ending at NOON/12PM MST on Tuesday, March 10th. At this time there will be a new post with a form for voting for the people who were nominated.
 
Final Voting
Final voting will last exactly 1 week, starting at 7AM on Thursday, March 12th and ending at NOON/12PM MST on Thursday, March 19th. There will be a new post with the top three contestants in each category listed for final voting during this time.
 
Awards
The Awards post will go up on Wednesday, March 25th listing the final winners in each category! Winners will all get a special badge to put on their blog if they wish, and a special extra prize.
