Do you celebrate Valentine’s Day?
I don’t really know if “celebrate” is the right word. I enjoy buying little gifts for those I care about because it makes me feel good to do so. I have been single for the past several Valentine’s Days however so I am looking forward to spending this year with Jeremy.
I’ll be working most of the day unfortunately. Since I work for a jewelry & watch repair shop, the week leading up to and after Valentine’s Day is basically our most busy time of the year. It’s like our Black Friday and Christmas combined. For that reason, I don’t know that I will get much time to “celebrate” but I’ll certainly be doing my best!
Do you collect anything?
Yes! I am a somewhat new collector of Funko and Funko Pop figurines. Specifically, I enjoy collecting the more rare Funko Clear/Glitter variant My Little Pony figurines. I also collect Funko Pop and have a growing collecting from Ender’s Game to My Little Pony, Batman, Frozen and more!
It started with a clear Doctor Whooves Funko figurine my best friend gave me when I was first getting into the new generation of My Little Pony. From there, it’s escalated to becoming a collector including me jumping through hoops to get a Princess Luna figurine just a few months ago.
If you knew you couldn’t fail, what would you do?
Honestly, I’d significantly cut back my hours at work and put more of my time into blogging. I wouldn’t entirely quit because I actually enjoy the work I do and more importantly I need a reason to get up, get dressed and be motivated.
I worked from home many years ago and found that too often I’d go without bathing and too often I was without motivation to do anything but sit at home on my computer. I require a lifestyle that forces me to interact with others… which of course requires clothes!
I’d love to be able to put in more effort here with my blogging. Writing is something I enjoy and I love connecting with my readers. I want to build a business around my blogging and do something that incorporates all of my pseudo-talents.

I absolutely feel you on the lack of motivation to do life when you work from home, haha. I get into slumps where all I want to do is work work work, and then I just end up going a bit crazy!
I do that sometimes as well. It’s funny how much my blog sometimes suffers for it – like you can see the sudden dip in traffic when I am sick and not being a constant presence on social media. Blah

Aw Thank you Neri :) I feel like I will get there eventually. My blog is already doing so much better than I ever expected – especially just 6 months in! My goal is to have my blog giving me a steady stream of income by the 1 year mark – even if that means something small. :D
