It’s hump day! What a crazy week it’s been. In case you somehow missed it, I’m sick AGAIN. I know, right? So if you’re wondering why I keep falling off the grid, it’s because I can’t seem to stay well long enough to get myself back together. We’re suspecting mold from the constant shower tile problems we’ve had in this apartment.
It’s officially SPRING! – Well, somewhere anyways. Even here in Charleston, the weather has been a bit weird. I’m in capris and flip flops one day, a hoodie the next. Some days, both. No wonder I keep getting sick.
But in case the weather has you down, this week’s Wednesday Wrap Up is going to feature all of the wonderful Spring themed posts that are popping up! I’m so excited for these…
I can’t even remember the last time I dyed Easter Eggs, but I kind of want to do this just because. Ya know, so I can Instagram it and look totally cool. Haha This neat idea comes from Chelsea at Lovely Indeed – DIY Typography Easter Eggs. She gives you a list of all of the materials you need, some pretty simple instructions and even provides a printable of the cute spring words she used! Of course, you can always make your own.
Is your skin ready for the warmer months? Ugh, mine is not. I’m still battling the dry, itchy winter skin. But Heavens to Betsy has 5 tips for healthy, glowing skin in time for summer. Spoiler: You should go pour yourself a nice glass of water while you read it. May as well start now.
It’s a sponsored post, but the tips are valuable all the same. I know I need to start drinking more water. I was doing so well back when I was preparing for my first tattoo. That body wash sounds nice too.
I admittedly really, really wanted to participate in this month’s #12x30Challenge but I knew I was planning on spending a LOT of money between February and March. And so, I didn’t really know how I would make a post all about saving money when I clearly was about to drop over a grand over the course of 2 months.
But Angie in her brilliance just comes along and makes me realize that even the smallest changes really add up. I love her approach and how she breaks down her spending. I think this is a great thing to start now during the spring – New changes! Maybe you’ll have a lot of extra money saved up by Christmas!
Oh I want to make these so badly and I don’t even like Peeps! How cute are their little butts!? These are white chocolate dipped marshmallow Peeps with cute jelly bean tails on their bums.
Steph of A Grand Life gives you all of the ingredients you need (which aren’t very expensive either) and easy to follow instructions. Seriously, I think even I could make these look Pinterest-worthy.
So what are you doing to get ready for spring? I know the weather still sucks for a lot of people. Maybe dying Easter eggs will make it better!
